This was my first time ordering a cake from here and it was delicious! I ordered 3-4 weeks ahead of time through their online site, which was user friendly and a very easy process. When I arrived yesterday about 10 minutes before 9am there was already a line, but it moved quickly. I would recommend probably getting there before 9am if you are in a rush. The bakery was well stocked with all types of cakes, cupcakes, and desserts for walk-in customers. The employees were friendly and helpful. The cake I ordered was the Italian wedding cake and it is absolutely delicious! I will go back again soon for any future cake or dessert needs!
I am picky with cake. I would rather have no cake versus bad cake. The red chipper cake is my favorite cake at any bakery I've been to thus far. It never disappoints. The red chipper is red velvet cake with white chocolate filling/mini chocolate chips.
We were introduced to this bakery several years ago and we never disappointed! Birthday cakes is what we buy from this clean and very well organized establishment. To date, our favorite flavors are, carrot cake, orangesicle and pina colada !!! We don't go anywhere else for our birthday cakes! During the holidays the pickup line is outside of the front door. They manage to service everyone in a timely manner which is an added bonus because their cakes are out of this world! I would recommend this bakery, it's located in South Jersey and is easy to get to.
Delicious cake and great service! Basically everything I've had from here has been good, but I will say that the cakes are much better than the cookies. I've tried the strawberry cake and the brownie cheesecake and they're both amazing. Reasonably priced as well!! They're always flexible and willing to squeeze long messages on the cakes.
Whenever you come here, expect the parking lot to be full and the line long. However, it does move relatively well. One of the few places that offers sugar-free desserts. I've gotten the sugar-free cheesecake before (did not come with a graham bottom crust), and the sugar-free 6" Strawberry Cake. Both were good, and you could not tell taste-wise that they were sugar free; it didn't leave that sort of artificial sugar replacement taste that you can taste with other sugar-free desserts. 4/5.
All their cakes are good but the chocolate chocolate chip is the best I get mine with fudge icing and vanilla cake so good!
Can't rave enough about the goodness of my sisters bday day! So fresh, moist and delicious! The decorations/color was just so perfectly done! Everyone continuously raved on its goodness, a true perfection!
What a beautiful and delicious cake we ordered for my grandson's baptism reception! We chose the 10 inch round yellow cake with raspberry Bavarian cream filling and it was superb. We received so many compliments on this cake and it was so good that some of our guests even asked for seconds! I chose a white buttercream frosting with pastel blues and yellow flowers. We opted for no writing on the cake. The waitstaff at the restaurant where we held the luncheon reception said, "Is that a cake from Sweet Eats Bakery? They are the best!" We loved the cake and will definitely order more from this bakery on our next occasions! Thank you so much!
